Brandon Davis

Brandon works in the Firm’s business law group. Brandon focuses on a broad range of business law, including company formations, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder rights, complex contracts, risk management, general business counseling, property issues and litigation.

While in law school, Brandon worked in the in-house legal department of a Fortune 200 electric utility company. He took advantage of this opportunity and gained experience in all aspects of an in-house legal department. Brandon now has a unique perspective on the needs and expectations of his business clients.

Brandon has been selected for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars® for 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 in the business/corporate practice area and serves on the Board of Directors of multiple non-profit organizations, including the Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce and the Wadsworth Community Television Foundation.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his wife and two children.
